  • Course Description

This course introduces business process management (BPM) and Business Process Improvement (BPI). The course is the foundation course in the Torque Management Business Process curriculum, and a pre-requisite for our other courses.

Interactive learning check points are built into the course to confirm learning, and a course assignment guides you in applying the knowledge to your own specific situation. The result is a practical, next-steps list for implementation once you complete the course.

For teams taking the course together, we can facilitate the interactive tools with customised on-line workshops, or moderated on-line discussions forums.
