  • Course Description

    This course introduces business process management (BPM) and Business Process Improvement (BPI). The course is the foundation course in the Torque Management Business Process curriculum, and a pre-requisite for our other courses.

    Interactive tools support and guide you in applying knowledge to your own specific situation, resulting in a practical, next-steps list for implementation once you complete the course. For teams taking the course together, we can facilitate the interactive tools with customised on-line workshops, or moderated on-line discussions forums.
